All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number. This allows you to track the status of your shipment in real-time. Please note that tracking information may take several hours to become available.
Lost or damaged packages
ZONE2 is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order and, if necessary, filing a claim with the carrier. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer service team.
Changes to the shipping address
Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout. If you accidentally provided the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible via our contact form. We will try to correct the address before your order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed.
