At ZONE2, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and customer-friendly refund policy. Please read the conditions below carefully.
Return period
You have the right to return unused and undamaged products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all tags, accessories, and instructions.
Non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Products that are custom-made or personalized.
- Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as underwear or socks). Products delivered with a seal are also included in this category..
- Digital downloads or gift cards.
Return process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

You will receive return instructions. Return items must be sent to our return address in the Netherlands. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Safely pack the products in their original packaging and include the original packing slip or invoice.

Attach the return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest post office or delivery point.
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your returned products, we will notify you via email within 5-7 business days regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or item, please follow the same process as for returns. Clearly indicate the item you want to exchange and the alternative item during your communication with customer service. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Defective or damaged items
If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service immediately. We will ask you to provide photos of the defect or damage to assess the situation quickly and arrange for a replacement product or a full refund.
Order cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to process the cancellation but cannot guarantee it if the order is already being processed. If the cancellation is successful, you will receive a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you can return it once received.
