What is the delivery time of my order?
At ZONE2 we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your package.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Of course! At ZONE2 you can easily return or exchange your products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition. Please contact our customer service for further instructions.
How can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at returns@zone2sportswear.com. We will do our best to process your request before your order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you may return it once you receive it, according to our Returns Policy.
